I'm a WinMo man myself but the iPhone is a crazy easy phone for fun. If Windows could learn something from them they could make the perfect phone.

Do GB members have Holy Spirit when editing WT pictures ?
by aligot ripounsous inpictures in the latest two wt study articles left me with an uncomfortable feeling, which leads me to wonder if hs is ever inspiring the gb members in charge (i suppose there are such ones) of editing wt study articles before them being printed.. first, there was that picture last week where a jw man is meant to give his work colleagues a fine witness as, during break time, he is reading his bible, and it is implied that, in doing so, he is triggering the interest of one of his work mates who, at first, looks rather suspicious.
in fact, that jw man is sitting ten steps away from his colleagues and reads his bible quite ostentatiously.
at watching that picture, instead of thinking of a fine witness being given, any onlooker will say that this mans attitude is pharisaic and delivers the message that he his holier than all those around who belong to the sinful world and he doesnt want to mingle with them.

They can always play off the holy spirit thing by saying that no human is perfect. Vicious circle continues.

New Aussie craze KRISPY KREME doughnuts --What is in them? WHY?
by Witness 007 inpeople are driving for miles to the few shops that have opened....many pioneers leave there own congregation territory to buy some 1 hour drive away....i took a box to my witness work mates...they acted like i was giving them gold!
poor witnesses.
they do taste excellent fresh....coffee shops like "starbucks" never took off here....were not big on coffee.

NC represent! We've been on the "hot light" for years now. I believe the first one opened in Greensboro NC. Interesting that is such a Oz craze.

Singer Songwriters who should be household names....
by hillary_step inover the decades musicians rise and fall like a spring wind.
some stay where they should never be, some never are where they should be; such is the roulette of time.

Kathleen Edwards....good kinda countrish singer songwriter. Noticed you liked Neko Case Avishai you might like her. If you get a chance go to her myspace page and listen to "Alicia Ross" it's about a true story of a murdered girl, it'll almost make you cry.

To Quit or Control it....Drinking that is....Who has succeeded and how?
by oompa inthinking about just giving it up....i always revert back to a nightly habit.....and the occasasinal big escape into the bottle.
but of course you can't live there, and it fixes nothing.. because i think i do have a problem, i went to some aa meetings and found them to be too much like wt.
if alcholism is a true disease, then why is it the only one that needs god (or a higher power to cure (or cope with).

I've been pretty lucky and never had a problem, though when we had our last meetup Oompa you kinda made me want to drink. Not for bad reasons just for fun. It's a tough thing so long as it doesn't control your life that's my motto.

Jimmy Cliff is awesome, of course every time someone says his name The Harder The Come is the only song that comes to mind.
